[GreenKeys] shipping a Model 28 KSR

Hi,

Are there any special procedures, such as inserting shipping bolts, needed
for shipping a Teletype Model 28 KSR?  Can the machine be transported
laying down?

What is a reasonable value for a Model 28?   Someone is looking to sell a
Model 28, but I don't want to take advantage of the situation  :-)

Also, if anyone has a model 14 or 15 in good shape, I am interested!
