Well, the roller coaster ride continues for all of us as Jerry does well for
a day and then sleeps for two.

This morning the doctors (neurologist and internist) gave me assurances that
Jerry COULD recover most if not all of his brain and bodily functions, but
they both feel he is too weak (both body and brain) to go directly into
rehab.  He will go into a skilled nursing facility where they have therapy
programs. It's possible that he COULD come straight home from this facility.
They used a lot of "could, maybe and I just don't know".

But, good news is he is not considered acutely critical any longer.

I don't know when the move will take place, but I will continue to update
you on progress and location.

Thanks to Joanne, Marty and Truman, and Wiley and Joan for the cards.  He
knows your names and enjoys the cards when I read them.

Thanks too for your continued concern and daily prayers for Jerry's well
being.
