Hi,
Yes, It is a Model 14 Tape Printer. The Model 14 uses 3/8" wide paper  
tape. The Western Union 2B Tape Printer uses the same mechanism, but  
with a different cover. Also the 2B uses 5/16" wide paper tape rather  
than the 3/8". I think you would get more action on your auction if  
you started the bidding at $50. or $75.
