[GreenKeys] Shelters in North Dakota

I spoke with the owner in ND about the shelters. HE is asking a VERY
reasonable price. I am not sure if I should say but I would say it was
about 1/2 what i expected. Considering all that it has it is really a
steal. There are 2 grc-106s among other spares and the shelter was
apparently working. If someone is out there it is a true once in a lifetime
deal.
