It's called DroidRTTY and it is a RTTY terminal and TNC for android devices.
Feed it audio, it decodes it; type and it sends RTTY. It doesn't have all the
bells and whistles of a desktop RTTY program but it does work okay. 

There are also DroidPSK and DroidSSTV.

You have? I can't find any under $250ish. Can you share a link or something
to search for? I've tried various combinations of keywords with no luck.
