I was able to locate the article from RTTY Journal. I will email you a scan of this article from July - August 1968 RTTY Journal. I was happily surprised that the article was written by Irv Hoff W6FFC.
If anyone else needs this article, please send me an email and I'll send it along.
Also, I have a couple of other documents that may be of interest. These are for Model 28 machines and deal with
non-overline, automatic carriage return & line feed and unshift on space.

This is good to know there is an auto cr/lf for the 28... probably not for the 15 though...
Now that I finally have a license I will have to figure a way to get on the air... but... want to try to do it with the old iron!
