[GreenKeys] paper update

Hi all,

Here's the update. First, all the paper has been spoken for.  I have a
waiting list of a few folks in case some things don't pan out.

Second, FedEx was a no-go. The FedEx place near me wanted almost $9 more
than what it says on fedex.com (I used Howell Michigan as my bogey) and were
not willing to negotiate based on volume. Not only that, but from my
computer printout of everyone's addresses (cut and paste from your emails),
they were going to make me hand write each address on a form (PITA).

At my local ups store, the charge to Howell Michigan was $7 less than the
FedEx store and they took my printed list and did all the key-entry into
their system for me.  So I apologies, but UPS wins for me for convenience
(and price) in the end.  So for a few shekels more than what fedex.com said,
I get a lot convenience (and ultimately you save some $) . So I hope no one
will begrudge me the few extra dollars for the convenience. Of course, I do
hope they deliver it safely.

A few other comments.  The rolls of paper are not padded inside the box. The
rolls just sit in the box. And the boxes themselves are not the best
strength in the world (they say 32lb test but I don't believe them).  So
there is some possibility that some of these boxes, if damaged in transit,
could damage a roll.  I am hoping that this isn't the end of the world for
anyone.  The UPS guy said if damaged, it would be hard to file a claim based
on this packing - he just wanted me to know up front.  I did not think it
would be worth the cost to purchase a box, put padding around the inner box
and ship it.

To give our boxes a fighting chance, I purchased packing tape and re-taped
all 6 seams on each box. The existing tape was old, yellowed, brittle and
not sticking too well anymore. 

I will begin emailing each person individually with a tracking number and a
cost.  For those accepting paypal, I will send you a paypal invoice (from
ehertz at tcaf.org - my paypal address). Otherwise, please send a check to my
address in QRZ. IMPORTANT: My bank no longer will accept checks made to
CASH. Please make them out to me (Full name in QRZ).

If anyone (other than the 5 people above) has concerns about the packing or
the use of UPS as stated above, let me know and we can discuss. I can hold
your paper until we figure it out.

I hope to send the rest on Friday and maybe Saturday.  Or I may wait to see
how these 5 get delivered (or damaged) and hold off on the rest. I haven't
decided.
