[GreenKeys] One-shaft, Two-shaft perforator

I have a LPE 1 ( Chadless), I am using www.hertzmail.com/teletype Manuals/Model28/247B-Chg5-Jun63/p1-21.jpg.  I have some questions.

1-What is the difference between a LPE 1 and a LPR?

2- Am I using the right Adjustment Manual?

3- What is the difference between a Reperforator and a perforator?

4- What determines a one-shaft or two-shaft? Is it the Toggle Bail Eccentric and the Reset Bail Eccentric Shaft?  I have both.

Finally I am having no luck at all to make the adjustments for the punch pin penetration (Pg 1-19), and the punch slide reset bail (Pg 1-22).  Both adjustments seen to interact to one another.

If anyone can help me out, I would greatly appreciate it
