So can this NCR paper also be used in the conventional sense with regular ribbons in M14/15/19 service?

You'll make a lot of friends as TTY paper distributor, Eugene!

I just realized from the ebay ad that this is NCR (No Carbon Required) paper - since it is single ply, I assume it is made for ribbonless impact printing, with the ink/clay on the front side.

I'm guessing it'll work OK with my M28 gear and I can just save my ribbons for other use - has anyone tried using single-ply NCR paper like this? I've got some 2 & 3 ply that does the usual thing of printing via ribbon on the front copy and NCR copies on the others.

Nick, still learning the secret lore of teletypes....

Several list members expressed interest in some of these cases. So I will probably bid on them.  I called the seller and they said the paper is white (not bright white, but something duller) but it is not canary.  Just FYI, I much prefer canary (not sure why).  But some paper is better than no paper!

IF anyone else was hoping to bid on this, just let me know. Don’t want to step on any toes here!

I live about 10 minutes from white plains. Depending on what this bids up to, I might get them. I could then redistribute to other folks here on the group who might be interested in them for cost.
