[GreenKeys] Autostart Circuit

Some time ago (maybe even several years ago) there was a posting about an
autostart circuit that kept the magnets in the "mark" position but didn't
require the full 120v/60ma power supply.  Just something to keep the magnets
energized as the circuit came up and the machine didn't stumble around for
the first few seconds as it started up.  At least that is the way I remember
the major content of the posting.

 

Does anyone remember the posting or have any information that might be of
use to building such a device?

 

Any help much appreciated!
