[GreenKeys] Grey TT-4A

I can't find any listing of TT-4's or TT-4A's in the USN docs that I
have. The Naval Electronics Supply Office didn't think they had to
support any (and they listed a fair amount of Signal Corps gear that
they did support) and the Naval Electronic Systems Command didn't know
about them either.
These are Kleinschmidt gadgets, right? I can't recall seeing that the
Navy ever used Kleinschmidt gear - But there's lots of stuff I don't
know.
