[GreenKeys] Heavy Metal

Hi all,
Just returned from a trip and took a quick look at HeavyMetal. I'm
actually a little surprised that "Today in History" and "Top Stories" have
worked for as long as they have (more than 10 years now!). The way HM
operates is that it fetches a web page, strips out the HTML formatting and
tries to locate and print out the interesting text. This is inherently
fragile - as it depends both on the web page location and formatting not
changing. Further, the way I coded it up a decade ago is embarrassingly
bad.
I've located a few new "Today in History" pages, but the formatting is
significantly different now (much more dynamic) and doesn't lend itself
easily to the old technique. It's going to take a little more work to get
it going again, and this is a good opportunity to get the weather reports
working again as well. I'll try to carve out some time in the next week or
so to rewrite both the newswire and weather report actions to be a little
more resilient
