This is like "Now You See It..." that used to be in the comic section  
of most newspapers.  Look at two photos and write down the differences.

In the upper center of the front panel of the upper transmitter is the  
O-17/ART-13A LF Oscillator.  In the same position on the lower one is  
what looks like the grill or cover for a loudspeaker.  On the right  
end of the upper transmitter is a nameplate and nothing else except  
for panels and screws.  On the right end of the lower transmitter is a  
shallow box with a UHF connector on it and a bar or channel running  
from it forward and up slightly.  Attached to the connector is a right  
angle coax adaptor to which is attached a cable.  I have no specific  
guess as to what might be inside the box or what besides a loudspeaker  
might be behind the center panel in place of the MX-128 that's  
normally there in place of the O-16 or O-17.  But I would guess that  
it all amounts to an FSK modification.  As the T-47 and T-47A don't  
come with FSK capability..
