Just looked up the T-195 & GRC-46 manuals.

The T-195 mode switch position for voice (AM) is labeled "Voice\FSK" and 
the GRC-46 manual under "types of operation" says "Am. voice (A3), and 
frequency shift keying (F1) simultaneously or independently, or cw (A3)."

The next time we have our GRC-46 fired up at the AWA Museum (it is in 
storage presently), we will have to try the simultaneous operation and 
see how it works!
