Model 15 cranks are hard to get.  There are four parts in each
crank, two of which are custom - the plastic knob and the aluminum 
crank.  Making one is quite possible, but a lot of work.

Yellow is hard to get, but you can buy Teletype rolls in white. Those 
are still in production.

We have a design for that at

to make three of those for about $120.  You still need 120VDC power
supplies.
