[GreenKeys] Screw guiding screwdrivers

It still possible to get screw guiding screwdrivers made now, brand new?
I ask since they sound like something extraordinairly useful for my work of
computer repair.
I absolutely *LOATHE* modern compact cases. The screws are in the worst
places imaginable, which are awkward to say the least when re-assembling
them. (You will not believe the number of times I have dropped a screw and
spent a half hour undoing everything I did because it decided to roll into
some crevice; all the while swearing loudly.)
Cheers.
