Hi,
I am in the process of re-capping an RA87 rectifier and also looking at
connecting a brand new BE-77A line unit to the rectifier. These two are
designed to be connected together however they have completely different DC
power connectors. I will attempt to attach pictures of each. In case the
pictures don't make it, why does the BE-77A have a crows foot flat 3 prong
connector and the RA87 has a 2 pin twist lock. I am really trying to keep
this stuff original and not hack up anything. I am really puzzled because
these two are designed to mate together.
I can find neither the crows foot connector (receptacle that I could just
put on the end of a tethered adapter) nor can I find a 2 prong twist lock.
What do you guys recommend? The only thing I can come up with is replacing
all the connectors which is unfortunate.
Ideas?
