[GreenKeys] Model 15 on TWX

The other day I saw a Model 15 as set up for Dial TWX.  Prompts me to ask,
what did the Bell System do to drive the selector magnets from the 101
modem?  Was that something built into the modem, or was there an external
circuit?  (since the 101 modems used with 32/33 machines had low voltage
to drive the loop to the selector magnet driver)
