[GreenKeys] ASR 28

I've though about the variable speed drive a few times myself. The
cost of the drive
electronics has dropped quite a bit in the past few years. Starting single phase
motors is a problem. Then for even more fun I've a brushless DC motor that would
fit but thats even more crazy :-)
