The early versions of the software we use for ITTY had telnet  
capabilities, and back when we were doing the RTTY broadcasts from  
WC2XPF/WA9XHN, we had several "RTTY Talk Shows", where folks could  
tenlet in, and whatever they typed over the internet would come out 
over  the air in baudot.



If I recall correctly---
 
 Henning (DF3OE) in Germany is doing something like  this.  (?)
