[GreenKeys] Hello! And an ASR-32 Question

Thanks a lot guys! Indeed, it is a WU Telex and bumping forward the dial did the trick. New ribbon, new tubing for the print head, range finder dialed in and freshly oiled and I'm having a lot of fun. Now to investigate the tape reader... No motion.
Maybe a silly question, but it seems like I'm coming up against the internal keyboard lock if I start typing at a moderate to fast pace. Is this simply due to the transmission speed limiting keyboard input? When pressed individually the keys are smooth and responsive. When pressed in rapid succession it "feels" very mechanically limited (whereas my 33 did not when it was operational) and I must be quite deliberate the quicker I go.
Thanks!
Cory

One way the batt will close the loop just like the dial and the other way the Telex will shut down and you can depress local to run the machine until you unplug the AC and then it will revert to its original mode. There is AC on that strip, so be careful.
