Hi Roy.   The HP 6207B was not designed as a loop supply per se.
It's just a voltage regulated, constant current, adjustable (0 - 160V)
DC bench supply.  It's real handy to use as a loop supply as it has the
current limiting adjust and a max current of 200mA.

I'm not too familiar with all the WE loop supplies.  I do have a Teletype
model REC45 loop supply here...  It does not have a regulating transformer
but instead a multi-tap secondary with taps at roughly 10V increments,
a bridge rectifier and filter cap.  This one has no regulation otherwise.
