Wayne,

The M20 is the same size as a M15 (but don't know if there is a table 
involved) and is probably a RO.  It is a 6-bit machine used by 
newspapers to monitor copy from AP/UPI and then send the material 
directly to the printing equipment.

I have asked Rich, WB1ASL, to confirm that it is an upper & lower case 
model.
