[GreenKeys] Teletype KSR28 Letters Key

As several members pointed out, the key was in fact in the bottom of the
keyboard shroud.   Dr. House described that there are 4 screws on the top
of the hood and 2 screws on the bottom of the hood will allow the hood to
be removed.  I moved the key into the proper location and snapped the key
lever back into place.
