[GreenKeys] Wire Service Bell Code

     After researching this via Google I realized that this 
list is the place to ask although this may be slightly OT.
     The wire services had a code for the use of the bells 
on Teletype machines and also classified bulletins.  The 
only one I know (and it may not be right) was ten bells or 
twelve bells for a "flash".  My understanding is that a 
"flash", at least to the AP could be used no more than once 
a year.  Does anyone know or know of an authentic source for 
either bell code or policy?
