[GreenKeys] Signal Corps Synchronous Motor Model 14 TD

Hi Everyone,

This week, I picked up a Model 14TD that looks to me like it's powered by a Synchronous motor rather than the "regular" kind.  I hope I'm using the correct terms.  I think this is one that is adjusted with a tuning fork.

It's very dirty but when I gently turn the motor by hand, the distributor moves easily.  Here are some photos.  You can clearly see the signal corps markings on it which makes sense that the speed is adjustable:

This is not something I need for my collection but I didn't want to let it get tossed in the trash so I brought it home.  If I have not described it correctly, please correct me.

Is this something anyone on the list is interested in?  I'm going to the Dayton Hamvention and could deliver it there so to avoid any shipping cost.
