Hi Ron,

The head needs to be a rubber product as it slaps the typewheel pretty  
hard.
I will review this with Mercer if they are interested in helping.

As far as Delrin is concerned after this project I may ask them to  
look into
making print hammer heads for M28, 35, and 37 Reperforators.
