Larry Tighe has meade it possible to provide another ITTY Channel.

I wouls like comments or suggestions as to what nature of service 
the new channel should render.

I want constructive suggestions, not bitching about things.

The mailer difficulties are also being addressed, and there may be 
some requests for a beta tester or two, so that at last, everyone 
can be reasonably guaranteed that their submissions will get into 
the queue.
