[GreenKeys] RTTYMailer Instructions

I guess I do not see why thr rtty mailer or mmtty is giving anyone trouble. My grandaughter Chandra set it up on both her and mine computers when she was 13 years old. The only trouble we had in the beginning was that my virus blocker wouldn't let it run. I changed my blocker and that was all it took.

assignments, the instructions are very similar.
