[GreenKeys] RTTYMailer Instructions

On November 16, 2011 we posted a YouTube instructional video showing
instructions on how to use RTTYMailer and MMTTY.  The video link was also
posted on the main RTTY.COM web site page at http://www.rtty.com .  The link
is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vrruUMhRnm8  .  This should have provided
enough information to simplify it's use.  For email configuration of the
Macintosh, a Google of the question on how to do it shows many solutions
including YouTube instructional videos.  Both Outlook and Apple Mail allow
for the setup of multiple email accounts using unique outgoing port
assignments, the instructions are very similar.
