[GreenKeys] Can Anyone remember this TU/Modem?

I don't remember exactly where the builder got the schematic, but he 
claimed it was from one of the magazines or mailing lists of that time. 
This was all 45 years ago, I don't remember his call or  know if he is 
active anymore. Maybe he was telling me a tale, in that time and place 
even hams didn't hesitate to bend everything to their desires, 
especially to nerdy kids.
