GA OMs;

Well - I found the problem with why my 28-RO won't do FIGS:

The assembly that holds the LTRS and FIGS function levers
that bump the post that the LTRS/FIGS fork is on - has a busted
"ear" and the FIGS level is flopping around.

Now the problem is that my parts manual is from 1953 and the
picture is close, but not exactly the same as what I have. My
28s say "Model 28 D" and "Model 28 E".

I have a Teletype PARTS MODEL 28 PRINTER - Bulletin No. 1149B
and on page 43 (Figure 25) parts 152658 PLATE and 152654 PLATE GUIDE
appear it have been changed.

Does anyone have a newer manual that they can look up the
part numbers or can scan the page and e-mail it to me?

UE,
W6ESE - tony
