[GreenKeys] Model 28 will not do FIGS anymore

Hey Tony, maybe we should get together!  I have one of the typing units I
picked up on my road trip back in July that won't come out of figures-shift.
Maybe you can use my typing unit when you want to print figures and I'll use
your typing unit when I want to print letters!!  :-)

I wonder if we have the "same" problem, just in reverse of each other.  I'll
let you know when I have it figured out.  First I have to find some time to
get to it.

I was printing the weather and all was fine and then the 28
stopped shifting to upper-case.

I ran a Quick Brown Fox on it and that works fine.

Any ideas as to what to look for?
