Norm I didn't see what others had said about it but the 1946 Army model 15 manual calls out for "74359 Strap, carriage, black cotton webbing 9-7/8" lg x 11/32" wd x 3/32" thk overall." The one on my model 15 was broken when I got it so I made a new hook of copper wire on the old strap and I guessed at the length. I just measured it and it's 9-5/8". It works just fine and honestly I had forgotten that I fixed it. If you want I have a spare carriage belt I can send you if you give me your mailing address. What other model 15 parts do you need? I need a copy holder if anyone has a spare. KevinKD8QGX
