I have real doubts about the authenticity of right-aligned and indented
copy from a Model 15. I suspect some of those are commemorative
retransmissions.
Then again, the U.S.S. Teton was in Tokyo Bay for the surrender ceremony
but not doing much of anything, like the other 150 or so ships
more or less hanging around looking intimidating. (The whole setup was
intended to discourage any last-minute heroics.) So a bored operator
would have had plenty of time to format that.
