Larry,

You should still be able to find them at most any of the big box stores.  
MicroCenter, CompUSA, etc.  And smaller stores that do repairs will probably 
have one.  They were made both ways (AT keyboard to PS2 mother board and I 
think more commonly PS2 keyboard to AT mother board).   New PS2 keyboards 
used to always come with one of them.
