So... the results are in... 

Everybody likes the TU they had, which is probably why they had it.

I'll commit, when I retire, to collect every single one and test them under 
laboratory conditions and publish the results.  If collecting Teletypes is an 
oddball hobby, testing obsolete TU's with extensive lab testing I believe 
represents an even higher level.  I'll do it in the name of Irv Hoff or Vic Poor 
or - maybe - both.   They're probably still not talking.
