I've got a Model 15 RO making its way from Knoxville to me that was an AP
machine in a radio station and taken out of service in 1986. Will post some
pictures when it arrives.

I'm pleased, almost weekly, as people come to our radio station and see the
Model 15 printing out the AP news headlines and "Today In History".

I really thought it would go unnoticed but I was wrong...one car dealer
couldn't tear himself away for his appointment LOL. Folks really do
remember these machines from past experiences. The most common remark is
that they'd thought they would never see one again. The AP technician shows
up about once a year to service the computer that replaced the
TTY's....can't wait for his reaction.

It prints out history at 5:30 in the morning for the morning drive time DJ.
Later, at 10:30AM, it prints out the headlines. Kids are fascinated with
it too. One visiting student wanted to take it apart to see how it works
.... I did that for him :>)
