    It looks like the National Weather Service has abandoned many of 
their FTP feeds.  Look at the files in

	ftp://tgftp.nws.noaa.gov/data/forecasts/city/

which is where Heavy Metal gets its data.  Some states are up to date,
and some haven't changed in months.
