[GreenKeys] Model 15 wiring plans (a few for 19 & 28)

I purchased a 1958 Illinois Bell Engineering document set
covering the Model 15 with all of it's varied wiring plans.
Some of the applications also apply to the Model 19.
The scan I made came out pretty well and is now a 3MB PDF.
