[GreenKeys] Greenkeys Access

I copied http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo and pasted it into my 
browser address field and it takes me to the Mailman.qth list of lists.  
Scrolling down to Greenkeys and clicking on it brings up more info about the 
greenkeys list and at the bottom of that page the signup fields.  I stopped at 
that point, not wishing to find out what happens if you try to sign up again.

Maybe it was a temporary problem?
