[GreenKeys] Greenkeys Access

Did I miss something? 
I have sent several people to sign-up on Greenkeys for help with related equipment, 
but they keep telling me mailman.QTH. net will not let them sign-up and they keep getting the following error message. 

We're sorry, access to http://mailman.qth.net/mailman/listinfo has been blocked by the site owner via robots.txt. 

Is there a work around for this???
