I haven't seen it on display in my recent visits, but the one from the 
British Telecom museum is on display at Amberley in Sussex.

Thansk for the detail about synchronisation and the drawbacks of the 
Hughes system. However, I believe it must have been in use on the 
British Post Office for some years as it figures in their Technical 
Pamphlets for Workmen dated 1919:
