Hi Steve,

That unit has been on eBay for several years now.  As I understand it,  
it is a "channel unit" for a larger telegraph multiplexer.
Whether it can be used by itself is another question.  I know it has  
been up for sale for at least two years, maybe longer.
Perhaps there is some documentation around somewhere???
