[GreenKeys] On Tempest

I don't remember the nomenclature but I do remember when our red TTY
machines were converted from 20mA loop to polar keying. The square
mark/space pulses were converted into a +/- 12v sinusoidal mark/space
signal. The communications spaces were enclosed in their own copper mesh
shielding and grounded to a red ground that was physically located in the
red space. Tempest inspections were regular events and also done whenever
any physical change was made to the communications space.
I've also been told by people who know that a good tempest team could sit
outside a house or apartment and copy pretty much anything that painted on
any CRT screen in the neighborhood.
