Hi Pholks:

Just a quick note to let you all know I got home last night 
after a bit of an unexpected break caused by a heart attack 
and arrythmia two weeks ago.

I have been hospitalized since then, and Friday was sent 
over to Halifax's Queen Elizabeth II Health Sciences Center 
by ambulance for futher angiogram testing. I survived that 
trip, and although I am not completely out of the woods 
yet, was able to return home for now.

For the next month because of the attack, I will be 
prohibited from driving, but hopefully that will go fast 
and there will be further return of symptoms.

So, I am back, and trying to clear up some of the almost 
2000 emails that hve gathered since I went in! :-)
