[GreenKeys] two kinds of shellac

"Used in the 20th century." You guys are asking for trouble when you bring
up such a thread on greenkeys! You trigger long-forgotten memories and
some of them having nothing to do with connecting selector magnets series or
parallel or even converting a tuning fork to the correct frequency for motor
speed adjustment. In my case I immediately remembered making a Christmas
present for my mother as a project in the one room school I attended for
eight years. We "painted" it with shellac. But, guys, it wasn't that
long ago! Not, for example, to be compared to the accusation I made to my
doctor recently when I asked if he had done his internment at some place in
medieval Spain as he investigated my "nether regions."
