[GreenKeys] Mystery Transceiver - Cubic(?)

Seeking wiring schematic or manual for what I think is a cubic transceiver of perhaps the late 70's, or early 80's vintage. The unit is 12''W. x 4"H. x 12" D. It is military green in color, Utilizes decade type frequency selection via 6 step-up and 6 step-down pushbuttons switches. Modes are USB/LSB/AME/CW. Has squelch switch, mute switch ,clarifier and S-meter. Someone thinks this is an RT-1131 transceiver, however, there are no markings on the unit as to make, or model number. The unit powers-up, but barely detectable audio with no atmospherics. There are antenna coupler/PA and what I take to be remote operation multi pin connectors on the rear. I am wondering if a jumper is required for stand alone operation?
