[GreenKeys] Two questions

I'm guessing that he wants to set up a "nostalgia station".
A Model 19 or Model 15 + the Model 14 pair would look pretty cool!

I agree with Jim: RTTY on shortwave is pretty scarce. I used to be
able to print the German Weather Station on the 30M band, but now
that I'm in the city I can't hear anything - EXCEPT those stations
running 850 Shift and some kind of encryption that I can't decode.
They come in here 20 over S-9. Really cranks me off!

If anyone has any idea as to what those stations are - and even
better yet - where I can get a decoder, I'd really appreciate hearing
from you.
