If you have an original IBM PC, the original "asynch" serial card can product the 20mA current loop
(with a very simple change that requires no tools). If you have a PC (model 5150 or 5160, or 5155) you can use any Model 33
as a serial terminal.

To echo what Mr. Angus said, a 33-ASR could be used with a converter.
Though I would suggest skipping the converter altogether and hooking
up a '33 to a boring old Linux/BSD (not Windows because it is less
"cooperative" with serial terminals/devices then a *NIX system) PC and
use that to not only key your radio but also for other bits of "Fun."
(I would suggest trying out the aforementioned '33 with some
retrocomputer emulators.)
